I recognize that finding a therapist in Los Angeles can be overwhelming, even if you have been to a therapist before.  Will it be helpful? Will I like my therapist?  Is it worth the expense?  I understand these issues and recognize that one of the most important aspects of helpful counseling is feeling comfortable with your therapist.  That is why I am available to schedule an Affordable First Meeting at my Silver Lake counseling office to get to know each other.
